JB Hi-Fi Car Audio AmateursI have created this website to share with you my awful experience with JB Hi-Fi’s Car Audio Installation.
I know that if you search the internet you will find many negative reviews by unhappy customers but I wanted to create this
website to go into detail and warn you before you decide to get your Car Audio System installed by JB Hi-Fi.

 
 
 
The issue was that JB Hi-Fi Installed my Tweeters onto the door because they were too lazy to put them IN the doors like they were suppose to…

Due to a crappy installation they continuously kept getting knocked off by people entering the passenger seat…

So when I took it back to JB Hi-Fi in Brighton which is 50 minutes from where I live I was told by the installer that that’s the way it’s suppose to be…

I ended up having to go to the JB Hi-Fi installer in Knox and pay for an installation AGAIN to have the issue corrected…

This is how the tweeters were suppose to be installed (Inside the doors)!

So after paying $70 for a second installation to fix the problem the first installer caused I decided to send an email to management to try get a refund since I paid for 2 installs when I only should have paid for one.

You would think that’s it’s only fair and professional for them to give me a refund right?

Well a person named Tony Baric who is the Regional Manager consulted with both installers and concluded that the problem was my fault and refused to give me a refund.
The reason it was my fault is because apparently you need to request for tweeters to be installed inside the doors.
If a request is not made then apparently it’s ok for them to drill the tweeters onto the my doors like a retards.

      That is an absolutely disgraceful thing to say!
      A customer has voiced his negative experience and instead of using his feedback to improve your organisation you tell him to get over it.
      I cannot believe it…

      This website has saved me and many others from your horrible service and I am very grateful that he took the time to create it.

      legitimately was going to go to jb today to get a radio but after seeing the store operators comment^ we’re going to autobarn.

      Get over it? Really? Grow up. You shouldn’t even be a General Manager with your type of attitude. If you know you’ve done wrong, accept the bad review from a fault caused by your end and ensure to not make the same mistake.
      You, yourself are the face of the company. Obviously this just showed us customers who purchase things from there how pathetically clueless and immature you people are in dealing with situations that can be easily rectified. At the end of the day, us customers are the one keeping you in business. You want to keep your job? Well I suggest you grow up very quickly.
