Pathetic from a company that wants to be considered by consumers.
Keep your mouth shut and swallow up the insults.
Customers walk faster out your door than products.
Regardless of fault, you do not respond like that!!!!!!
I know I’ve made my decision now!

Appreciate this review.
Will definitely not get my head unit or anything installed from them.
If they actually had a brain, they’d understand how strong word of mouth is. It spreads like wild fire. Shame on them for not rectifying the issue you had with them and the manager who is just plain clueless. Manager? More like someone who doesn’t know how to solve an issue.

I ended up finding him on gumtree since my JB Hi-Fi experience was so bad and got him to do my amp and sub. He did a great job!
This was 3 years ago, hopefully his still installing audio.
